Backend engineer based in Kraków with ~7 years shipping production systems: ~5 years deep in PHP (Drupal, Symfony, Zend), then a full transition to Go — my primary language for the past 2 years. Day-to-day stack matches this role almost 1:1: Go microservices, gRPC, MySQL/MongoDB, Kubernetes.
At AlohaCamp I work across 20+ Go (go-kit) microservices with domain-driven layering (domain → service → transport) and gRPC/Protobuf contracts between services; RabbitMQ carries the async flows. I own services end-to-end — implement, deploy, monitor, improve — and I'm used to balancing speed and quality in a small, fast-moving team.
I also build the team's AI-agent workflow: an internal MCP server that exposes our codebase to AI agents, plus a Claude Code plugin with specialized agents for task planning, feature implementation, code review and QA test-case generation. That's why nexos.ai specifically — I'd rather help build the AI orchestration layer than only consume it.
Before AlohaCamp I spent 5+ years in Drupal — created CKEditor 5 Plugin Pack from scratch and co-maintain CKEditor 5 Premium Features. I like small services that do one thing, readable logs, and tests that mean something.
